ShareServe

Welcome to the NALSC ShareServ.

It is a powerful tool available to all NALSC Regular Members or  NALSC Affiliate Members in which you can submit and/or receive postings from fellow NALSC Regular Members or NALSC Affiliate Members seeking assistance in filling positions with specific parameters on a shared fee basis (which shared fee amount shall be negotiated freely and directly between the parties) or placing a specific candidate on a shared fee basis (which shared fee amount shall be negotiated freely and directly between the parties). NALSC does not dictate any particular form or amount of fee sharing.

Please note that while we strongly encourage the use of ShareServ among NALSC Regular Members or NALSC Affiliate Members, it is only to be used to share attorney-related positions and candidates. The ShareServ should not be used for any other purpose including advertising, recruiting other recruiters, or any other type of material.

If you wish to respond to a ShareServ posting, please begin a new email addressed to the individual with the specific posting instead of hitting reply (which would only send your message back to NALSC headquarters). If you decide to unsubscribe to ShareServ, we are happy to accommodate your request- simply email us and we will remove your email address from the distribution list accordingly.

The following are ShareServ guidelines:

  1. All postings submitted to NALSC are to be in compliance with applicable local, state and federal laws. It is the sole responsibility of the poster to ensure such compliance.
  2. All postings regarding open positions are to be concise, accurate and reflective of a bona fide position that is currently available for a qualified candidate or a qualified candidate who is available.
  3. If contact is made between NALSC members, all confidentiality should be maintained and honored between the NALSC members- including a client’s and candidate’s identity as applicable.
  4. Notwithstanding Paragraph 6 below, the NALSC Code of Ethics and its enforcement proceedings apply to all NALSC Regular Members and NALSC Affiliate Members who use ShareServ. By using the ShareServ, all parties agree to review the Code of Ethics regularly to become familiar with its provisions. The Code of Ethics can be found on our website.
  5. By subscribing to the NALSC ShareServ, you agree that you will share such listings only with current NALSC Regular Members or NALSC Affiliate Members and will not in any way disseminate the information contained in a listing to a non NALSC member.
  6. NALSC, NALSC headquarters, the NALSC Executive Director, all NALSC officers and the entire NALSC Board of Directors are not liable for the usage of the ShareServ. It is solely for the convenience of our members and they agree to use ShareServ at their own choosing and risk. All Business Disputes (as defined in the NALSC Bylaws) arising from, or related to, the ShareServ which are separate and independent from the interpretation and application of the Code of Ethics shall be governed, as applicable, by arbitration provisions of the NALSC Bylaws. By participating and/or using the ShareServ, all NALSC Regular Members and NALSC Affiliate Members agree to hold NALSC, NALSC headquarters, the NALSC Executive Director, all NALSC officers and the entire NALSC Board of Directors harmless from such usage.
